Meet the Team

Natasha Lunt

Executive Director.
Artistic Director.

Gay, disabled and neurodivergent director, actor, writer, designer and maker, proudly from Yorkshire.

Hello, I'm Natasha (but please call me Nat).

I'm the creative director for Noisy Cow after setting up the company at just 21 years old in 2024. I felt quite lost for a while when I dropped out of uni, but eventually bit the bullet and decided to pursue my dream of running a theatre company!

Having no 'professional' training, I've taken it upon myself to develop my skills through courses, youth theatres and workshops. Some highlights of these are: training as an actor with Yew Tree Youth Theatre and working in ways I never thought I would with Red Ladder's Red Grit course and workshops with Leeds Playhouse.

I'm incredibly ambitious in my work (some would say too ambitious) and love creating pieces using puppetry and physical theatre with a little bit of whimsy and silliness thrown in there too, to create that sense of escapism I crave when I see theatre.

One final thing. 'Why Noisy Cow???' I hear you cry; well, I just really blummin love cows!

They/Them.

non-binary, queer, disabled and neurodivergent writer, actor, director, designer and maker, proudly from Yorkshire.

Hi I’m Wynn.

I’m a theatre loving mathematician. I love every aspect of theatre – from writing and directing to performing and tech-ing. I’ve been involved with Noisy Cow Theatre since January 2025 – playing characters in Sap & Her Sorrows and Twelfth Night.

I’m joining the team as the designated “numbers person” and am excited to help create theatre magic with the rest of the team.

Phoebe Mullarkey

Director.
Company Stage Manager.

they/them.

Queer artist, writer, and general all round maker of things.

Hi I'm Phoebe!

I always loved studying drama as part of my English degree but before Noisy Cow I hadn't actually been involved with theatre since high school. Becoming a stage manager for Noisy Cow was an impulsive choice but an incredible one.

Not only do I get the opportunity to learn new skills with each show whilst putting my creative spirit and desire to practically make things with my own bare hands to work, but I also get to work alongside some amazingly talented people to help bring their creative visions for the stage to life

Hi I'm Arwen!

I am the Social Media Director for Noisy Cow Theatre Co. I helped the Creative Director, Nat Lunt, set up Noisy Cow back in May 2024 - since then, I have managed the social media, overseen marketing and community relations, as well as helped to organise events for Noisy Cow.

My work as a creative focuses mainly on the experience of being disabled, mental illness and addiction, and the grit and grace of working-class life in The North. I have recently been seen in Noisy Cow Theatre Co's. productions this past year. In particular, where I wrote and started in my own play Live June, it was a beautiful experience.

I've been involved in numerous training, workshops, productions, short films, and events all across the country. Anything creative, I will get my hands on.

The North is in my blood, and its creatives are one of a kind and deserve the world.

Director.
Social media Team.

She/they.

Queer, Neurodivergent Actor from West Yorkshire.

Hiya Love! My name is Freyja and I am one half of Noisy Cow’s social media team, as well as being a part of the Board of Directors.

I got back into acting in 2024, with Noisy Cow’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream being my theatrical renaissance, if you like! Since then I was bitten by the acting bug (or cow), and I have recently played the role of Sebastian in Noisy Cow’s production of Twelfth Night. I have been involved backstage in Sap and Her Sorrows and soon to be A Christmas Carol.

I love this crazy bunch of beautiful people, and believe that being part of this company has built my confidence massively. There is no better place to be silly on stage with your mates x
