Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges:
We can offer full refunds for tickets if we are contacted 24 hours or more before the performance or event is scheduled to begin as this allows us to resell the ticket; however should we be contacted less than 24 hours before the event or after it we cannot offer a refund for any reason. Should any changes to the event happen after tickets have been purchased the ticket holders will be contacted regarding refunds. Should seats be available we are happy to exchange tickets for a different performance provided we are contacted at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot exchange tickets for events or workshops. Merchandise Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:
Should you not be satisfied with your purchased merchandise we can offer a refund, return or an exchange depending on the circumstances provided we are contacted within 30 days of delivery. We offer return or exchange options for all our merchandise apart from head/footwear, provided it is unused and in good condition.
