Ebenezer Scrooge was a squeezing, wrenching, grasping, scraping, clutching, covetous, old sinner! No warmth could warm him, and no wintry weather could chill him.

And yet, Jacob Marley has turned to the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future anyway – to ask for help only they can give. With three spirits on board, and a reluctant narrator along for the ride, the challenge is set: help Scrooge change his ways. Preferably in a way that doesn’t produce too much overtime.
